Firstly, Happy New Year! We hope that everyone had a lovely festive period and is looking forward to a great 2020.
We wanted to provide an update on delivery... Unfortunately, upon inspection our manufacturing partners have missed a small o-ring which is integral to the functionality of the Magno-ink Ti. As you can see from the image below, these are in the process of being added (over 50% completed) We expect these to be finished in the coming week with shipping commencing immediately after. We are glad that this was spotted during our QC, as now the pen's finish and function is second-to-none! Super excited to get these in your hands now and thank you for your continued patience - we promise it'll be worth the wait.

Wow.....these are pens to be proud of!
They will be packaged and individually tested over the next few days. We will send another update whilst they are being sent.

Hi Backers,
Firstly, reading through the comments section we apologise to those having requested an update.
We have pushed the last stage of manufacture as much as possible. We were sincerely hoping for the pens to arrive within our timeline from the previous update but Im afraid we will be cutting it very fine.
The pens are in transit, arranged to hit UK in two days time (please see tracking screenshot below). As soon as we receive them we will get started on postage immediately and send images.
We appreciate there has been a delay and we do apologise for any inconvenience.
Please see the images below showing the pens just before shippment to the UK. One image shows the pens just before engraving and the other shows them boxed, ready to be sent.
We have the packaging in the UK, whereby we will personally check each pen operation and package.
We will send images as we are packaging the pens.

Hi Backers,
We are very much nearing the end of assembly and cant wait to get Magno-Ink Ti sent to you!
Below is the timeline as promised:
25th Nov- Polish and satin finishing will be complete
2nd Dec - Fully assembled & all pens sent to the UK
Approx. 6th-7th Dec - We receive the pens after shipping and clearing customs (assuming there are no hold ups). We say this as we have encountered significant hold ups in the past and as frustrating as it is, it is completely out of our hands. However, sometimes the delivery flies though!
We will then package and send the pens personally on the day of delivery to ensure there are no further delays. Also, we will send pictures during this process! We fully appreciate this is cutting things very fine with Christmas delivery but we promise we will post immediately, the same day, upon arrival.
Additionally there is a chance the pens will come a little sooner. If this is the case, we will send another update.
We thank you for your continued patience. We are just waiting on the delivery now.

Hi Backers,
Manufacture is going very well!
We have requested some images from the packaging company so we'll post these once we receive them.
Luckily we get to use the prototypes everyday at our desk. It really does make us excited about getting them into your hands!
We apologise for the delay but we are having converstations with our manufacturers and will provide you with a timeline next week. We are doing everything possible to expedite the process.
